The journey from classroom to cutting-edge research lab isn't always straightforward. With initiatives like Abbott's entry-level trainee programs, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application gets easier.
Samiksha Ganesh Khude sums up her experience: "With the knowledge I had earlier before joining as an intern compared to now completing one month, this whole journey was a transformation of my career which gave me the confidence of working in a corporate set-up and getting comfortable with the rest of the team."
