We have several programs designed to develop the best talent from across the country, resulting in a diverse, dynamic and competent work force. To ensure that new joiners get a 360-degree view of the organization, we offer the opportunity to work on projects across different teams within the affiliates and locations while being mentored by leaders and senior management.
The Operations Professional Development Program is a global rotation program designed to offer real-world experiences while promoting personal and professional growth in areas which include materials management and supply chain, operations supervision, project management and purchasing. Master's degree holders in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering are ideal for this program.
Program Duration: 36 months
-APAC Induction: 3 days
-Technical Rotation: 1st Year
-Supervisory Rotation: 2nd Year
-Global Operations Excellence Rotation: 3rd Year
-Final Placement in Supply Chain, Quality or Manufacturing Roles
The Post Graduate Trainee Program nurtures talent in manufacturing by providing opportunities to work in an Operations excellence culture with exposure to the shop floor at our manufacturing plants. Master's degree holders in Pharmacy get an orientation on Good Manufacturing Practices, Regulatory concepts and drive compliance.
Program Duration: 12 months
Induction and Orientation: 7 days
Basic Knowledge Building: 3 months
On-the-Job Training: 6 months
Supervisory Skills Development: 3 months
Final Placement and Alignment
The Summer Internship Program provides a hands-on work experience with dynamic projects across our diverse businesses and divisions. Students who do well during their internship have an opportunity to secure a full-time placement into our Management Trainee or Operations Professional Development Programs.
This 8-week program is designed based on the Abbott Global Internship pillars:
